ADHD Coach and Executive Function Skills Coach
Supporting clients in the Greater Denver Area, Co, and Nationwide
I believe that individuals are a complex package of strengths and challenges. People with ADHD and Executive Function Challenges appear to have unique gifts that, when unwrapped, can reveal possibilities that fit the individual and sets them on the path toward a life and a future that they were meant to live.
As a teacher, and later as a coach, I’ve discovered a life purpose in supporting individuals who want to discover those gifts and work around those challenges in a process of self-discovery and a life of more success and less stress. That passion led me into the field of coaching 12 years ago and it has been gratifying to support unique and wonderful clients on this journey.
I live in the mountains west of Denver with my husband. I enjoy hiking, snow-shoeing, photography, wild life viewing and preserving the natural environment that we live in. I love travelling to places near and far so that I might personally experience different cultures and environments. I like to relax with a good book, attend a play or a concert or engage in some art form. I have 4 children and numerous grandchildren and value the connection and joy that they add to my life.
I bring enthusiasm for living and my life experience and knowledge to the Center for Living Well with ADHD because I want to share and celebrate the life experience of others.
