Adulting with ADHD Group plus Individual Coaching: 

Geared to the newly diagnosed or those just getting around to addressing the impact of having ADHD. This small group covers important topics for understanding and managing ADHD followed by collaborative coaching and accountability centered around the group's unique needs. 

Included with your registration:

• 30-minute Jumpstart Session once you have registered
• Three 1-hour, or up to 75 minutes, collaborative Group Sessions during the first three weeks of each month
• Access to your private Client Portal with all recordings and resources for your group experience
• Access to our private Group Site to collaborate between sessions.
• Complimentary access to one new Adult ADHD Class each month
• Groups are limited to 8 participants
• One monthly coaching session during the fourth week of each month.

This group meets the first three Tuesdays of each month at 5:00 pm ET | 4:00 pm CT | 3:00 pm MT | 2:00 pm PT, May 3 - July 26
