What's included:

• Jumpstart session with enrollment
• 8 Group Sessions - two group sessions each month on Thursdays from  4:00 - 5:00 pm Central
• 1 Individual or Couple Session and 1 Individual Check-In each month for four months as arranged with your coach
• Handouts of topics and resources covered in our sessions

Program Dates:

• Jumpstart Sessions are scheduled with enrollment. 
• Group Sessions:  Oct 6th & 13th, Nov 3rd & 10th, Dec 8th & 15th, Jan 5th & 12th
• The meeting time is at 2 pm Pacific, 3 pm Mountain, 4 pm Central, 5 pm Eastern.
• Individual Sessions and Check-Ins are virtual and as arranged.
