Adulting with ADHD Group Coaching - Fresh Starts for Fall 2022 

Geared to the newly diagnosed or those just getting around to addressing the impact of having ADHD. This small group covers important topics for understanding and managing ADHD followed by collaborative coaching and accountability centered around the group's unique needs. 

Included with your registration:

• 30-minute Jumpstart Session once you have registered
• Three 1-hour, or up to 75 minutes, collaborative Group Sessions during the first three weeks of each month
• Access to your private Client Portal with all recordings and resources for your group experience
• Access to our private Group Site to collaborate between sessions.
• Groups are limited to 8 participants

You will be enrolled in your choice for one of the two meeting options:

Option 1: Tuesdays at 5:00 pm ET | 4:00 pm CT | 3:00 pm MT | 2:00 pm PT.  

Option 2:  Wednesdays at 2:30 pm ET | 1:30 pm CT | 12:30 pm MT | 11:30 am PT
