No parent gets a resource guide on how to handle every difficult or confusing situation with their child, and this is especially true for parents of kids with ADHD or for parents with ADHD. Adding ADHD into the mix adds a unique layer of complexity and no matter how much you google, it can still be difficult to find the answers to “how can I best support my child with ADHD?” or even “why does my kid do that?!”. This group, for parents with ADHD and parents of children with ADHD, is an opportunity to get some of those answers. You’ll be able to learn from each other and from Griffin Rouse, an ADHD coach who specializes in working with children, tweens, and teens. Participants will have the chance to share their experiences, seek and receive advice, and have a safe place to explore their relationship with their children and the ways they can best be supportive and engaged in their and their children’s ADHD journey. 

This group meets weekly, three to four times each month. In this group, group members will have the opportunity to have significant input into the structure of the group sessions and topics discussed. This group is a safe, inclusive LGBTQ+ friendly space.
