Masterful Moms Group

The Masterful Moms Group is geared toward moms living in an ADHD world who want to learn how to balance all that comes with being a mom in a supportive community. The group integrates foundational teachings about living well with ADHD with group coaching on individual goals. These sessions will be dedicated to helping support you with emotional regulation, and balancing time for yourself, work, life and family. It's time you discover all about yourself, and find connection, collaboration, and coaching support for what makes your ADHD world go round. 

Meeting Dates and Time:

The group meets virtually for three 60-minute sessions per month.

Session Days: June 13, 20, 27 / July 11, 18, 25 / August 8, 15, 22

Session Times: Meet at 7:00 pm ET | 6:00 pm CT | 5:00 pm MT | 4:00 pm PT 

Optional: Upgrade with an individual coaching session each month to extend your one-on-one coaching time
