Geared to the newly diagnosed or those just getting around to addressing the impact of having ADHD. This small group covers important topics for understanding and managing ADHD followed by collaborative coaching and accountability centered around the group's unique needs. 

Included with your registration:

  • 30-minute Jumpstart Session once you have registered
  • Three 60-75 minutes, collaborative Group Sessions during the first three weeks of each month
  • One Individual Coaching Session each month as arranged with your Coach
  • Access to your private Client Portal with all resources for your group experience
  • Groups are limited to 8 participants
